Trouble Shoot / Debug 

 

    Problem 

    Possible Causes 

Action 

The cooktop 
cannot be turned 
on. 

No power. 

Make sure cooktop is wired up to the 220-240 
AC power, NOT the 110VAC.   

The Red & Black wires of the power cable 
are both Hot/Live, thus should be connected 
to the Hot terminals of the power source.   

The burner/hob 
is not heating 
up, or low heat 

Wrong power source 

Check if it’s connected to 110V AC 
mistakenly, the burner can still be on but in 
low power (only warm). Please insure the 
unit is wired to 220V source. 

The touch 
controls are 
unresponsive 

The controls are 
locked. 

Hold the Child lock control for 3 seconds to 
unlock.   

The unit may be locked before emergency 
power Off. So you must unlock it After power 
back On again. 

The touch 
controls are 
difficult to 
operate. 

There may be a slight 
film of water or grease 
over the controls or 
you may be using your 
fingertip when 
touching the control. 

Make sure the touch control area is dry and 
use the ball of your finger when touching the 
controls.
