Step 4:

Included with the Tough Tray II are four sets of side arm supports.  Select
the set of side arms that best suits the thickness of the device you are
mounting and the environment in which you are placing the mount.

Note:  If using the flat side arms, attach the metal support clips.  If
using the spring side arms, attach the rubbers caps (cut to length).

Step 5:

Connect the side arms selected in step 4, to
the side of the Tough Tray II using the
hardware provided.  The hardware nut should
be dropped into the holding slot behind the
tray’s inside edge while the hardware screw
should thread through the side arm and tray
edge into the nut.

Note:  Before tightening the the hardware,
adjust the side arms vertical position to
match the height of the device being
mounted.

Step 6:

To connect the Tough Tray II to a mounting system (not included) you can
use two different plate types.  You can use either the RAM-B-202 or
RAM-202 round plates or the RAM-246 100mm VESA plate.  The hardware
required to connect one of these plates is included with the Tough Tray II.

Note:  When connecting a mounting plate it is easier to drop the
hardware nut into the hexagon hole on the top of the tray first. If
required you can straighten the hardware nut in the hole with a screw
driver.
