Assembly Instructions: RAM-234-6 Tough Tray II
Package Includes:
1. Tough Tray II with t-frame.
2. Flat side arms (large).
3. Flat side arms (small).
4. Spring side arms (small).
5. Spring side arms (large).
6. Rubber caps.
7. Springs.
8. Metal support clips.
9. Spring holding screw.
10. Hardware nuts.
11. Hardware bolts.
Step 1:
Position the Tough Tray II vertically so the tray t-frame is at the top. Drop the
two springs into the round hole in center of the t-frame.
Step 2:
Slightly insert the flat head screw into the hole closest to the tray t-frame.
(At this stage you only need the screw to be held in place.)
Note: DO NOT tighten the screw on the spring.
Step 3:
This step requires two philips head screw drivers, one with a head wider
than the spring. Compress the spring into the the tray hole until you see the
screw driver end in the hole below the screw. With the second screw driver
tighten the screw as tight as you can while still being able to remove the
screw driver holding the spring.
Slowly remove the screw driver from the hole while tightening the screw.
Note: Avoid crushing the spring with the screw. If required loosen the
screw and repeat step 3 from the beginning.
