ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
WE RECOMMEND INSTALLATION OF THIS LIGHTING FIXTURE BE DONE BY A
LICENSED ELECTRICIAN.
WARNING *** SWITCH OFF THE MAIN ELECTRICAL SUPPLY FROM THE MAIN
FUSE BOX/CIRCUIT BREAKER BEFORE INSTALLATION.
INSPECT ITEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO INSTALL. IF THERE IS
ANY DAMAGE OR OBVIOUS DEFECT, DO NOT INSTALL.
ITEM MAY NOT BE RETURNED ONCE IT HAS BEEN INSTALLED.
CORD COVER MOUNTING OPTION:
1.
Drill 2 holes on the wall and make sure the hole distance will match to the
mounting plate(B) holes.
2.
Knock the anchors (A) into the wall hole.
3.
Install the mounting plate(B) to the wall by using mounting screws(C)provided.
4.
Secure the fixture base (E) to the mounting plate(B) with the four screws(D).
5.
Align shade ( I ) to the top threaded section of the socket (G) and secure with
socket ring(H).
6.
Insert bulb (not included) into socket (G).
7.
Assembly is complete.
