Remote loop-back function is only available when RC903/904-V35FE1 (REV.C)
series products are pair used and in fractional mode. Local V35 cable, local
device, E1 line and remote device all can be tested. Note that the two ends
device clock must be the same before testing.

When enable fault pass through function, alarms of optical Rx and Tx will be
passed through to DCD and CTS signal of V35 interface; when disable fault
pass through function, DSR, DCD and CTS will always valid.
If there are local alarms of RC904-V34FE1-BL, there will be fault of RC904,
and then DCD signal of V35 interface will be shutdown, and DTE device will
response.
If there are remote alarms of RC904-V34FE1-BL, there will be fault of optical
Tx, and then CTS signal of V35 interface will be shutdown, and DTE device will
response.
Local DSR signal will always valid after powered on.
