Input/Output mapping
The dry contact controls output of on/off values by collecting input of them. When the input
switch is OFF, the COM pin and CLOSE pin of the output interface are connected. When the
input switch is ON, the COM pin and OPEN pin of the output interface are connected, as
listed in Table 12-6.
The NMS displays output status of dry contact. When the dry contact input control mode is
network management control, you can control output status of dry contact through the NMS
or CLI.
