Laser
Shutdown
When the fiber is pulled out or the TX power of optical transmitter is over
high, the optical interface automatically shuts down the laser to avoid
maintenance or operation risks.

Two interconnected Ethernet interfaces automatically select interface rate
and duplex mode according to negotiation result.

Synchronism
In China, Synchronous Digital Hierarchy (SDH) works in hierarchical
primary-slave synchronization. Namely, a Primary Reference Clock
(PRC) controls clock synchronization on the entire network through
synchronization links of the synchronization distribution network. On the
synchronization distribution network, hierarchical clocks are used and
clocks at each hierarchy are synchronized to the clocks at the upper or
same hierarchy.
