Installing and Attaching the Tweeter
Places of installation:
Mirror corner, dashboard and rear package shelf
Surface installation (figure 1)
Place the groundplate (U) on the installation
Scribe the holes for mounting 2xø3,5mm and for the
cable ø5mm and drill them.
Fix the groundplate (U) with the enclosed screws (R) and
sheet metal nuts (B).
Pull the cables through the relevant holes.
Put the surface installation ring (top) and twist for fixing it
on the ground plate.
The tweeter can be moved in all directions.
Connect the tweeter-cable with the crossover.
The copper cable is “+”
Installation with flush-mount-cup (figure 2)
Place the
flush mount cup
(L) on the installation place.
Scribe and finish mounting hole.
Fix the flush mount cup (L) with the ring (M).
Insert the tweeter (J) in the flush mount cup (L), pull the
cables through the appropriate holes of the ground plate
(U) and twist the ground plate (U) to fix the tweeter (J) in
the flush mount cup (L).
The tweeter can be moved in all directions.
Connect the tweeter-cable with the crossover.
