INSTALLING THE INTERNAL
ASSEMBLY
PART-CIRCLE ROTORS: To find the
left-stop, turn the nozzle housing
to the right until it reaches its “trip”
point. Then turn the nozzle housing
back to the left until it “trips” again.
The location of the arrow on top of the
nozzle housing indicates the direction
of the nozzle.
Align the arrow on the nozzle housing
with the left edge of the grass line
(left edge of your watering pattern).
Then make your right arc adjustment.
Lower the internal assembly back into
the case and press down firmly until
the internal assembly seats securely
and evenly in the case.
Clean and position the snap ring in
the groove on the top of the rotor
case with the bottom of the snap ring
facing down.
Press the end of the snap ring without
the screwdriver slot into the groove.
Press and twist the snap ring down
in a circular motion until it is installed
about two-thirds of the way.
Step on or pound the snap ring (with a screwdriver handle
or a similar tool) to insert it the rest of the way. Make sure
the snap ring fastens securely in place and is flush with the
top of the rotor case.
FULL-CIRCLE MODELS:
Installing the full-circle internal
assembly is the same as the part-circle, except that you do not
need to adjust the arc.

ROTORI A SETTORE VARIABILE: per
individuare il fermo corsa sinistro,
ruotare l’alloggiamento dell’ugello
verso destra fino a che non
raggiunge il punto di inversione.
Quindi ruotare l’alloggiamento
dell’ugello nuovamente verso
sinistra fino a che non “scatta” di
nuovo. La posizione della freccia
sulla sommità dell’alloggiamento
dell’ugello indica la direzione
dell’ugello.
Allineare la freccia
sull’alloggiamento dell’ugello con
il bordo sinistro della linea del
prato (bordo sinistro dell’arco di
irrigazione). Quindi effettuare le
regolazioni dell’arco di lavoro.
Abbassare di nuovo il corpo interno
nell’alloggiamento e premere
con forza fino a quando il corpo
interno si posiziona in modo sicuro
e uniforme.
Pulire e posizionare il seeger nella
scanalatura sulla parte superiore
del corpo del rotore con la parte
inferiore del seeger rivolta verso il
basso.
Premere l'estremità del seeger
senza la fessura del cacciavite
nella scanalatura. Premere e
ruotare il seeger verso il basso
con un movimento circolare fino a
montarlo per circa due terzi.
Per inserire il seeger fino in fondo, è necessario
calpestarlo o batterlo (con il manico di un cacciavite
o un attrezzo simile). Assicurarsi che il seeger si
fissi saldamente in posizione e sia a filo con la parte
superiore del corpo del rotore.
MODELLI A CERCHIO INTERO:
l'installazione del corpo
interno a cerchio intero è identica a quella del settore
variabile, tranne per il fatto che non è necessario regolare
l'arco di lavoro.
