tool must only be connected and disconnected
from the mains when the switch is switched off.
If you insert the plug while the switch is in the on
position, the power tool will operate immediately,
which is a prerequisite for an accident.
▪ If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced
with a specially prepared cord or assembly from
the manufacturer or its service technician to avoid
the risk of replacement.
▪ Check that the diameter of the milling cutter tail
of the hole of the used collet corresponds to the
maximum speed allowed for the tool used.
▪ Make sure that the milling cutter is securely
fastened in the collet.

12. ASSEMBLY
ATTENTION:
• Always make sure the tool is
turned off before performing any work on the tool.
• Securely install the collet nut. Always use the
wrench provided with the tool. A loose nozzle can
be dangerous.
• Do not tighten the nut before inserting the nozzle
When using nozzles with a smaller diameter, first
insert the appropriate nut on the collet, then insert
the nozzle. To remove the nozzle, use the reverse
procedure.
13. RECOMMENDATIONS AT WORK
▪ Maintain constant cutting pressure, being careful
not to overload the machine or cause the motor
speed to drop too much.
▪ When machining a side surface, the workpiece
must be to the left of the die grinder in the feed
direction.
▪ In the case of very hard wood or material
that creates difficulties in processing, it may be
necessary to perform more than one pass with a
gradual increase in size until the required depth is
reached.
▪ Driving the die grinder too fast can degrade
the quality of the profile and can damage the die
grinder or the motor.
▪ Too slow grinding can burn or damage the cut.
▪ The appropriate guide speed depends on the
size, type of material being processed and the
depth of cut. Initially, perform several experiments
on an unnecessary piece of material to assess the
correct feed rate and profile dimensions.
▪ Always switch off the machine and wait for
the vibrating elements to come to a complete
stop before removing the die grinder from the
workpiece.
WARNING: If possible, fasten the workpiece to the
workbench with clamps.
14. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION.
In order to protect the environment, the power
tool, accessories and packaging must be properly
recycled for the reuse of the raw materials they
contain.
Do not dispose of power tools with household
waste! According to EU Directive 2012/19 / EC
on end-of-life electrical and electronic devices
and the endorsement and as national law,
power tools that can no longer be used must be
collected separately and subjected to appropriate
processing to utilize the are in them secondary raw
materials
