Error Reason for the error Troubleshooting
Error
The control
lamp not lit?
-There is no power supply.
- The ON / OFF switch. stands
off
-Check the power cord.
- Set the switch to ON.
The fan does not work? -Interrupted power supply.
-Power failure of the fan.
-Fan damage.
-Check the power supply
cable.
Is the warning light on? -The overheat protection is
included.
-To entrance too high
voltage
-Leave the appliance to
cool down.
-Input power supply
in accordance with the type
plate.
Missing output current? -Damage in the machine.
-Activated protection against
overheating
- Hand over the machine
for repair.
-Leave the appliance to
cool down.
Is the output current falling? --To input voltage too low.
- The cross-section of the
connecting cable is too small.
-Observe the input voltage
according to the type plate.
Airflow cannot be regulated? Compressed air pipe
is damaged or defective.
-Valve failure /
manometer.
-Reconnect
on the pipe.
No high frequency arc is
generated?
-The plasma burner switch is
damaged.
- The plasma burner or plug
switch connection is loose.
-Valve / manometer failure.
-Renew the electrode.
Bad ignition? -Wearing parts of the plasma
burner are damaged or worn.
-Check the high frequency
spark gap.
-Replace wearing parts.
- Adjust the spark gap.
The gun is not ready for use? -The power switch is off.
-The air supply is disrupted.
- The workpiece is not
connected to the earth
terminal.
- Set the current switch to the
“on” position.
- Another sign of this is a
flame, which is rather green in
color. Check the air supply.
- Check the connections.
