6. Tips for work
To insert an insert, align it with the hole on the machine and press it until it locks in place. To remove it, pull out the insert
as you turn back and forth to release it.
Caution: When removing an insert or nozzle from the machine, avoid skin contact and use suitable protective gloves when
pulling. Accessories may be hot after prolonged use. Only attach the screw / nut to the power tool when it is switched off.
Rotation tool inserts may slip. The torque depends on the duration of the impact. The maximum torque achieved is derived
from the sum of all individual torques achieved by impact. The longer the tool is triggered, the higher the torque value. The
maximum torque is achieved for about 45 seconds. The actual tightening torque achieved must always be checked with the
torque switch.

Worn (shorter than 5 mm), burned or broken carbon brushes on the motor should be replaced. Always replace both
brushes at the same time. Carry out the work on changing carbon brushes only to a qualified person, with original spare parts
