During operation, the guide bar, the cutting chain and the sprocket may become hot. The user may
get burned.
Do not touch the hot guide bar, cutting chain and sprocket.
Wait until the guide bar, the cutting chain and the sprocket have cooled down.
Wear work gloves made of durable material.
If during operation you notice changes or something unusual in the behavior of the wood cutting
machine, it means that the condition of the wood cutting machine may not meet the requirements for
technical safety. This can lead to serious injuries and property damage. In this case, the work must be
stopped, the battery removed and a specialist RAIDER store must be sought.
During operation, the wood cutting machine may cause vibrations. Wear gloves. Take breaks in
the process of work. If there are signs of impaired bleeding: see a doctor. When working with the
underside of the guide rail, the wood cutting machine is pulled out by the user.
If the moving cutting chain hits a hard object and stops quickly, the wood cutting machine may
suddenly be pulled out by the user. People can be injured.
Warnings:
-Hold the wood cutting machine firmly with one hand.
-Operating as described in this user manual.
-Work with a protective cover installed.
-Work with a working and unchanged protective cover.
-Only work with a well-sharpened and properly tensioned cutting chain.
-Place the support correctly.
-Work at full speed.
Installation of the guide rail (7) and the chain (8) on the machine.
To adjust the tension of the chain is a screw with a nut with a pin, which enters the designated hole of
the guide rail. It is especially important when installing the rail that the pin of the nut enters the hole
in the rail.
By turning the screw (when the rail fixing nut is loose), the pin moves forward or backward and the
chain loosens or stretches accordingly.
Unscrew the rail retaining nut counterclockwise and remove the side cover. Align the hole, then place
the bar and the chain / Place the chain on the guide sprocket and the rail, making sure that the guide
links of the chain enter the rail channel. Move the guide rail away from the guide gear so that the
chain guide elements are in the guide rail groove. Check that the pin of the chain adjusting screw nut
is in the lower hole of the rail. Tighten the saw cutting chain / position 6 of the illustrated elements / .
The measurement is performed when the rail is in a horizontal position.
Install the side cover and tighten the nut. Insert the battery. / See the sample figures /
