SELECTING SILENT OR TONE 
ALERT 

You can have your pager alert you by vibrating or by
sounding one of five tone patterns.

To have the pager vibrate when you receive a page, at
the time/date display, press 

. If the pager is current-

ly set to sound tones, it displays 

SILENT?

to switch to silent alerts. The pager vibrates briefly, and
the
