every call you receive. The phone
displays this information after the
second ring, and it stores up to 30
Caller ID records for later review. It also
shows if the caller information is
unavailable or if the name and number
were blocked by the caller (see “Caller
ID Messages” on Page 35).
If you subscribe to Call Waiting with
Caller ID, you hear a tone through the
handset when a call comes in, then the
Caller ID record appears. If the Caller
ID memory becomes full, any new call
replaces the oldest call’s record.

To use the phone’s Caller ID and Caller
ID with Call Waiting features, you must
be in an area where those services are
available and you must subscribe to
those services through your local
phone company.
Where Caller ID is offered, one or more
options are generally available:
• caller’s number only
• caller’s name only
• caller’s name and number
