0001 

Bad packet 

Received a packet over the radio that cannot be 
understood or interpreted properly. May indicate a 
device is not compliant with the SubGig standard 

0002 

Out of sequence 

Received a packet over the radio that was out of 
sequence. See the SubGig spec for more detail. The 
counters are reset at power on and are not saved in non-
volatile memory. 

0003 

Not Ready for new 
commands 

The host is attempting to send new commands but the 
device is not ready to receive new commands yet.  

0004 

Incorrect command 
format 

The format of the serial command sent to the device is 
wrong.  

0005 

Command invalid 
for coordinators 

A command was sent to a coordinator that is invalid for 
coordinators. 

0006 

Command invalid 
for endpoints 

A command was sent to an endpoint that is invalid for 
endpoints 

0007 

Add endpoint failed  The host attempted to add an endpoint but the process 

failed. Likely due to maximum endpoints exceeded. 

0008 

Remove endpoint 
failed 

The host attempted to remove an endpoint but the 
process failed. Likely due to endpoint not in the list. 

0009 

Not ASCII coded 
hex 

The values provided were not ASCII coded hex values. 

000a 

Command not 
recognized 

A command was sent to the device that was not 
recognized 

000b 

Key received, no 
provisioning 

An endpoint received a key that was broadcast from a 
coordinator but no provisioning key has been set yet. Key 
is rejected.  

000c 

Discover endpoints 
timeout 

The discover endpoint process for a coordinator timed 
out with no endpoints found. 

000d 

Unencrypted 
packet 

Received an unencrypted packet while encryption was 
enabled. 

000e 

Supervisory not 
received 

Message from a coordinator indicating that a supervisory 
message was not received from an endpoint.
