2.2 Operational Considerations
To protect the RB-2X Bantam Plus Portable Test System and ensure optimal
performance, follow these guidelines:
Placement:
When placing the RB-2X Bantam Plus Portable Test System for
use, avoid very wet or dusty environments.
Electrical Shock hazard if equipment is exposed to
water during operation.
Cooling:
When placing the RB-2X Bantam Plus Portable Test System for use,
do not block the cooling vents on the front and back as shown in Figure .
The RB-2X cooling fan is temperature controlled
and will only operate when the internal temperature
exceeds a preset threshold and before damage can
occur due to excessive overheating.
Periodically inspect and clean the air filter found at
the front of unit.
Power:
The RB-2X Bantam Plus Portable Test System requires a source
capable of providing at least 250 W of continuous power to operate correctly.
