The  numbered  LEDs  are  called  signal  strength  meters

when they are used to indicate how strong a signal being

detected is. As a signal strength meter they are always

displayed together with a radar band LED (X, K, or Ka).

The  higher  the  number,  the  stronger  the  radar  signal.

When the numbered LEDs blink together with “C” LED,

they indicate the level of the city mode you’ve set.
