driver. It can have the following values.
WLN_ST_STOPPED
= Wi-Fi driver is stopped
WLN_ST_SCANNING
= currently performing a scan
WLN_ST_ASSOC_ESS
= associated with an access point
WLN_ST_AUTH_ESS
= authenticated with an access point
WLN_ST_JOIN_IBSS
= joined an existing ad-hoc network
WLN_ST_START_IBSS
= started an ad-hoc network
