DESCRIPTION
Scrolls byte-aligned window right one pixel, left column is filled by current pixel type
(color).
PARAMETERS
left
the top left corner of bitmap, must be evenly divisible by 8, other-
wise truncates.
top
the top left corner of the bitmap.
cols
the number of columns in the window, must be evenly divisible by 8,
otherwise truncates.
rows
the number of rows in the window.

None.
