STEP 6
Now Attach the Link Belt (Fix it in Top Frame) which
connects both the Frames as Shown in the Picture.
STEP 7
As shown in the Picture now Stand on the Bottom
Frame and Just Lift the Top Frame using both Hands
and Place it at a certain level.
STEP 8
Now sit on the Sitting Frame / Seat in the Top Frame
and Connect your Safety Harness in the appropriate
fixtures in the Top Frame. Ensure it is Locked properly.
STEP 9
Place your Foot in between the Rubber Cushions and
Lift it to a certain height as required and then apply
down force to lock it.
