From factory the cut off
voltage is set to 11.2 volts
which means as soon as
the battery voltage drops
to 11.2 volts the device
will turn off all accessory
relays that are powered on
at the time for one second
and turn back on for one
second and repeat this
once again and leave the
relays turned back on for
the next 90 seconds after
which the device and all
accessory relays will be
switched OFF. The cut off
protection will work in both
battery mode and with the
key in accessory on
position mode. The user
can change the cut off
voltage by using the “+”
and “-” keys and then save
the setting by touching the
save button. This
adjustability is useful if the
cut off voltage is set
higher in case of an older
battery.
NOTE - With power in battery mode there is a continuous drain of
power which over time can render the battery dead if the vehicle is
not used for a certain period of time. It is advisable to use this
mode only when it is required to have a certain accessory on
without the key.
