Failure display and Inspection

If an abnormality comes up, the induction hotplate will enter the protective state auto-
matically and display corresponding protective codes:

• There’s no pot, the pot is too
small, the pot is not suitable for
induction cooking or it is not
positioned correctly.
• Put the suitable cookware on the
cooking zone.
E1
• Voltage is too low.
• Make sure that voltage is
220-240V~
E2
• Voltage is too high.
• Make sure that voltage is
220-240V~
E3
• Sensor circuit broken or sensor
associated circuit poor contact;
it shows E3 when there is open
circuit or short circuit.
• Please refer to an authorized centre
for the necessary checks.
E4
• IGBT sensor is open or short
circuit.
• Please refer to an authorized centre
for the necessary checks.
E5
• Protection against dry heating.
• As soon as temperature lowers, insert
the food to cook and restart cooking.
E6
• IGBT sensor overheating.
• Check that the air outlet grids and the
fan are not clogged.
If they’re not clogged, please refer
to an authorized centre for the
necessary checks.
E7
• The sensor can not detect
temperature.
The sensor is not in proper
position or the pot is seriously
deformed, which causes the
sensor fails to detect temperature
• Please refer to an authorized centre
for the necessary checks.

If the anomalies are not solved, do not disassembly the appliance on your own; it will
automatically void warranty. Take it to an authorized assistance centre.
The user will be responsible for safety accidents or dangers deriving from disassembly
in autonomy.
