Make sure the power cord
(13) does not protrude from the bear-
ing plane to avoid that someone may, even inadvertently, pull it
overturning the appliance.

rectly under the outlet mouth of the hopper (2).

. Raise the pressing device lever (3).
For safety reasons, pressing device lever (3) DOES NOT remain in a
raised position; it closes when released.

cheese to be grated (~ 20g each) into
the hopper (2).
