- The appliance
works but water is
warmer than nor-
mal.
- The magnetic valve is bro-
ken.
- Replace the magnetic valve;
contact the technical assis-
tance service.
- The full ice drawer
indicator is turned
on but there’s little
ice in the drawer.
- The room temperature is
too low.
- Extract the ice drawer and
reposition it in its correct posi-
tion until the indicator turns off,
then restart the appliance.
- Ice block issues. - Clean the ice drawer. - If the problem persists, please
contact the technical assis-
tance service.
- The low water indi-
cator is turned on
but there’s water in
the tank.
- The level sensor is broken.
- Water low conductivity.
- Contact the technical assis-
tance service.
- Add an appropriate quantity of
salt.
- There’s little water
in the tank but the
indicator doesn’t
light up.
- The level sensor doesn’t
work correctly.
- The level sensor is broken.
- Water low conductivity.
- Empty the water tank and
clean the level sensor with a
sponge.
- Contact the technical assis-
tance service.
- Add an appropriate quantity of
salt.
