Multiple Inputs and Outputs
The VGA and USB connections allow a computer to be connected and the computer signal
to be input. The document camera also has C-Video and S-Video connectors, which can
output the document camera image. The output can be determined by the color of the
power light as follows:
Yellow= S-Video (projector should be set to S-Video input)
Red = Direct image from document camera
Blue
= VGA image from PC
White = Standby mode
USB 2.0 Port
The USB port can be used to store still images from the document camera on a computer,
or to record live video from the document camera. No additional computer hardware is
required. The document camera can, in effect, be used as a 3-D scanner for your computer.
Connect the document camera to your computer with the supplied USB cable. The
document camera software is available on the supplied CD-ROM.
USB Image Capture and Video Recording
The document camera is equipped with a USB 2.0 image capture and video recording
system. Simply connect the document camera to a computer, with the software provided,
and you can easily preview, capture, and save images and video on your PC.
RS232 Control
The RS232 terminal allows you to integrate the document camera into any central control
system, like in a lecture hall. RS232 also enables you to control the document camera via
computer.
