2.1. Register you bike
The Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is used to register and identify
your e-bike and can also be used for warranty purposes. It can be found
on the bottom side of the e-bike just behind the front fork (see page
28 for the exact location). The number is listed below the barcode. The
barcode can be scanned through the QWIC dashboard app, and the VIN
number will be added automatically. If required, you can also input the
number manually.
For future reference we recommend writing down your VIN number on
page 3 of this manual. We advise to list down your key number and date
of purchase as well in case of loss or theft of your keys or bicycle.
