Step 3: Headboard
Step 2: Centrebeam/s
Starting in the middle of the
frame, place the slats in the
grooves (they are designed to fit
'loose' to prevent squeaking).
Finally, ensure the base is
'square' by shuffling the front
beam slightly left or right.
And that's it, happy sleeping!
Rest the centre beam/s in the slots,
then wind the leg/s down until they
just touch the floor.
Note: Severely over or underwinding
the leg can cause stability issues.
Clip in the support struts,
then the headboard,
applying force to ensure
all brackets are fully seated.
The HB brackets should be
nearer the floor (rotate the
HB if they are near the top).
Note: the struts are not
designed to reach the
ground. Also ensure they are
not touching your skirting
boards, if you have them.
