INTRODUCTION

Dear customer, 

You have chosen to purchase a QUINTEZZ Truck Coffee Maker. We thank you for this purchase and 

hope that your experiences with this quality product will be pleasant ones. 

Important notice: 

Before first-time use of this unit, you should carefully read these user instructions so that you can then 

connect and operate your coffee maker accordingly. 

Please keep these user instructions so that you 

can reference them later on. 

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

1.  Check the user instructions of your vehicle to determine if the socket and supply cable to the 

cigarette lighter have a rating of 20 Amps. If this is not the case you can:

•  Connect to the car battery directly (this direct connection is recommended). When connecting to 

the car battery ensure that the supply cable is protected with its own fuse (20 Amps). The supply 

cable should not exceed 11 meters (24 V) and should have a minimum conductor cross section 

of 4 mm². Always connect to a socket which is designed for a rating of 20 Amps. Make sure that 

the battery is charged if you are using the coffee maker when the engine is switched off. Or

•  Connect the coffee maker to a supply cable designed for a rating  of 20 Amps. The supply 

cable must have a fuse of at least 20 Amps. Do not change the fuse rating!

2.  Only connect the coffee maker to a direct current supply. The voltage indicated on the type plate 

(bottom of the appliance), in this case 24V, must correspond to the voltage of your vehicle.

3.  Pull the plug from the socket and switch the coffee maker off:

•  in case of a failure during operation,

•  prior to cleaning and care,

•  if the supply cable or the coffee maker is damaged,

•  if the coffee maker has a functional fault.

4.  Never pull the plug of the coffee maker out of the cigarette lighter by pulling the cable.

5.  Do not allow the connection cable to hang down (danger of tripping) nor over sharp edges or corners.

6.  Do not immerse the coffee maker, the plug or the supply cable in water.

7.  Keep the coffee maker away from children and avoid touching hot parts of the appliance (e.g. 

heating plate, glass jug).

8.  Do not put the coffee maker on hot surfaces and keep away from fire.

9.  Only operate the coffee maker under supervision and for its intended purpose.

10. Do do not operate when driving

, to avoid cutting injuries and burns caused by sudden braking or 

accidents.

11.  Securely fix the coffee maker using the provided mounting bracket. Only place the coffee maker 

on heat resistant surfaces.

12.  Decalcify the coffee maker at regular intervals.

13.  To avoid considerable subsequent damage to the device, only let a qualified expert repair the 

coffee maker.
