Caring for the Zapp

• Check regularly to make sure everything functions

  properly.

• If the Zapp becomes damaged (after air travel,

for example), have your retailer check and/or repair it

  before using it again.

• For reasons of safety, always use original parts.

• To ensure the long-lasting use of the Zapp, dry it off with

a soft absorbent cloth after using it in rainy weather.

• Use a damp cloth to clean the frame. Do not use abrasive

  cleaners.

• Use of the Zapp on the beach may result in rust or scale

  formation.

• Never use silicon lubricants, as they will attract dirt and

  grime.

• Use a damp cloth to clean the fabric.

• Riding through seawater is strongly advised against.

After using the Zapp on the beach, clean the frame and

  wheels thoroughly with water.

• Clean the wheels and axles regularly and remove all sand

and dirt before mounting the wheels.

• The tyres may leave black marks on some surfaces

(particularly smooth floors like parquet, laminate and

  linoleum).
