GARANTIA
QUIMIPOL J.BLANCH FERRER, S.L certifica su debido funcionamiento y que este producto ha superado los controles de calidad. Con
garantía de un año a partir de la fecha de adquisición.
QUIMIPOL J. BLANCH FERRER, S.L se compromete, durante un año desde la fecha de entrega, a reparar sin cargo cualquier defecto en el
equipo, siempre que sea resultado de un fallo en la fabricación o por la incorporación de algún material o componente que pueda ser
defectuoso.
EL COMPRADOR
deberá examinar la mercancía suministrada inmediatamente después de la recepción para comprobar que no tiene fallos y
que está completa. Las deficiencias de fabricación deben comunicarse a QUIMIPOL J. BLANCH FERRER, S.L
.
por escrito y de forma
justificada en el plazo de una semana después de la recepción, indicando los datos del pedido y el número de factura.
Exclusiones de garantía:

Si la avería se debe a un uso indebido, a no atender las instrucciones de funcionamiento, y /o un mal mantenimiento del mismo.

La pérdida y daños de transporte no están cubiertos.

Conexión del equipo a tensiones eléctricas diferentes a las que se especifican en las características técnicas del mismo.

No están cubiertas aquellas piezas afectadas por el desgaste normal del aparato.

Si se manipula o fuerza el equipo garantizado sin conocimiento del servicio técnico de QUIMIPOL J.BLANCH FERRER, S.L.

Reparaciones efectuadas por personal no autorizado por QUIMIPOL J.BLANCH FERRER, S.L

Desplazamientos realizados por personal de QUIMIPOL J.BLANCH FERRER, S.L y/o portes del equipo o componentes del mismo a nuestras
instalaciones para su reparación.

Si la avería es producida por incendio, inundación, agentes meteorológicos, golpes o aplastamientos.

Los derechos de garantía terminan una vez transcurridos 12 meses después del suministro de los equipos al comprador

WARRANTY

QUIMIPOL J. BLANCH FERRER, S.L undertakes, for one year from the date of delivery, to repair any defect in the equipment free of charge,

Warranty exclusions:
