The following chapter lists additional best practices that are recommended to follow in order to
achieve optimal output and print quality.
Maintenance Schedule
Using a maintenance schedule ensures tasks get completed on a regular basis. The example
below shows a potential schedule that could be used per printer to track the above
recommended tasks. Checkmarks or initials would be placed in the lighter colored boxes to
indicate that a task was completed.
