Wheelchairs referenced in this supplement have been equipped with a WC-19 
and SAE J2249 compliant Wheelchair Tie-Down and Occupant Restraint 
System. (WTORS)  This supplement is intended to provide transit compliance 
information and warnings for safe use to the owner of the wheelchair with the 
transit option installed.
