Before any maitenance is started, turn the battery off and remove it.
NOTE:
All Service and Maintenance proceedures carried out on the Add-on Bike require the Battery Locking Key. Without
this key no maintenance is possible.
Checks to be carried out before use:

Every 4 weeks,
(depending on use).
•
Grease the cables where they leave the
switches and the brake levers.
•
Check all screw connections are secure.
The following can be done by user or
attendant:
•
Before oiling, please remove old oil
remnants from the components.
•
Spray lightly with Teflon spray.
•
Ensure that surplus oil/spray does not
contaminate the surrounding area, (Clothes,
brakes, etc).
•
Every 2 - 3 months,
(depending on use).
•
Clean regularly.
•
Check the unit is clean and in good
condition.
The following can be done by user or
attendant:
•
Check for cracks in the rubber components.
•
Replace any cracked rubber components or
take it to your nearest authorised service
centre for refurbishment.
