the included USB charging cable 

to a USB power source

Take out both earbuds and 

reposition them in the charging 

case (Red indicator light should 

appear on the earbuds when 

charging is initiated)

Swap the ear plugs and/or hook 

to a different size. Package 

includes small, medium and 

large size ear plugs and ear 

hooks.

Connect left side earbud to the 

mobile phone.

Turn off both earbuds by pressing 

and holding multi-function buttons 

on both earbuds and go through 

the pairing steps again.

Check the Bluetooth setting on the 

previous connected device to 

either turn off the Bluetooth 

function or remove “QDSLTMC12B” 

from the list of device.

Put both earbuds into the 

charging case to recharge 

(check the battery level in the 

charging case and connect to 

external USB power source if 

necessary).

Audio from
