Turn off the headphones and remove

“Bass Boost” list on your mobile device. 

Re-initiate the pairing process.

Turn off the headphones and go through

the pairing steps again. 

Check the Bluetooth setting on the

Recharge the headphones.

Caution

Recharge the headphones once every 6 months to prolong the battery life.  
Recharge headphones if they are not used for extended periods prior to use.
