What does the blue light mean?
The blue light indicates that the charger is receiving power.
Is there a way to turn off the blue LED on the charger?
No. Hope, being very soft, it is not bothering you.
Which charging port should I use to charge my device?
QuantumZERO™ Dual-Port USB Wall Charger is incorporated with SmartQ™ technology, you do not need
to worry about which port to chose - each charging port can smartly identify the device connected,
discharge the optimum charge needed by the device to charge it at fast speed possible.
What kind of USB charging cables should I use with this charger?
To ensure complete safety and best performance, we strongly recommend using your device's original
cable or a third-party certified cable (such as MFI).
What should I do if certain port/ports fail to work?
Please unplug the charger from wall power and any USB cables from the ports. After 15 minutes plug
the charger back into wall power and try a different USB cable in the non-working port to see if the
problem has been resolved.
Why the charger is not charging my device?
Check to ensure that your device is USB-powered with a power input of 5V and between 0.1 and
2.4A.
Check to ensure that the power cord isn’t broken, is firmly connected to the charger.
Use a different USB cable to double check.
