The robot drops a
cartridge.
• Open the doors.
• Retrieve the cartridge, orient it properly, and
place the cartridge in an empty storage slot.
(Do not try to place the cartridge in the hand.)

so the library records the position of the

disconnect problem.
Check cable connections, cable length, SCSI
addresses, and termination.
Restart the host and the library ensuring that
the library is “on-line” before the host is
restarted.
