associated fan is operating correctly. If necessary, contact Quantum
customer support to replace the fan (see

The DXi4500 system can generate service tickets which can be used to
resolve a problem.
To access the
Service Tickets
page:

Access the DXi4500 remote management pages (see
on page 43), and log onto the system as an
administrator.

From the
Home
page, click the
Ticket
button located at the top of
the page.
The
