with the bicycle. It will stay in walk assistance mode for as long as the bottom button is
depressed.

Your bicycle comes with a charger for the 36V battery. The display window shows a battery icon
with several bars to indicate the level of charge available in the battery. To charge a battery, first
plug in the charger to any 120v household outlet and then plug in the jack to the battery. On the
left side of the frame there is a rubber plug that opens to show a window where the charger
connects.

DO NOT USE ANY OTHER CHARGER OTHER THAN THE ONE PROVIDED WITH

THE BIKE.

Never leave a charging battery unattended. Your charge has a light on it that will

turn green when the charge is complete. The charging amount can also be seen on the display.
Do not use your bicycle while it is charging.

14. Folding and Storage of your bike

Your Quantum Broadway folds quickly and easily without any tools needed.

TURN OFF YOUR BIKE BEFORE FOLDING!

To fold it first lower the seat post by opening the

seat post quick release lever and lowering the seat until it is just above the frame, and then
tightening/closing the quick release lever.

The stem has a plastic collar with a tab that engages the stem's chrome quick release lever.
Rotate it to the left and pull the large quick release lever down, and gently lower the stem and
handlebar so that it rests beside the front wheel.

Collapse the pedals by pushing them from the side towards the frame and rotating up or down.
Rotate backwards the left pedal so that it is at the 6 o'clock position. This makes it easier to fold
the frame.
