20. Replace the controller box lid and screw it into place.
21. Slide the center cover back into place and tighten
the thumb screws.
22. Power the Cubiscan 325 on.
Replacing the scale card
This section describes how to replace the scale card.
The scale card is located in the load cell summing box.
Handle the scale card with care and avoid exposing it to
static electricity.
Items needed
–5/64'' Allen wrench
–Phillips screwdriver
–Replacement scale card
Complete the following steps to replace the scale card.
1. Power the Cubiscan 325 off.
2. Remove the two center cover thumb screws that are
located on the right side of the system. See
Figure 52 .
3. Slide the center cover to the left so that you can
access the load cell summing box.
4. Use the 5/64'' Allen wrench to remove the eight
screws holding the load cell summing board lid in
place and remove the lid. Refer to
Figure 53 .
5. Disconnect the load cell summing cable by
loosening the screws and pulling the cable straight
out. Refer to
Figure 54 .
6. Using the Phillips screwdriver, remove the five screws
holding the load cell summing board in place. Refer
to
Figure 54 . Once these screws have been
