9. Important!
Make sure that the jumper is set to the

position for the top board or the
3
position for the
bottom board. See

10. Reattach the power cable and transmit ribbon, as
indicated in
. Make sure the
transmit ribbon has been firmly locked into place,
with both tabs securely snapped.
11. Replace the gate cover and screw it into place.
12. Power the Cubiscan 325 on.
13. You now need to run a threshold test. Go to
Menu >
Diagnose > Gate
. Move the gate to the middle of
the Cubiscan and then tap
ALL
. This test will take
several minutes to complete.
14. Your Cubiscan should now be functioning normally.
Replacing a height
transmitter board
This section describes how to replace a height
transmitter board on the Cubiscan 325.
Items needed
–Regular and small Phillips screwdriver
–Replacement height transmitter board
Complete the following steps to replace a height
transmitter board. The height transmitter board is
located on the back side of the gate, the opposite side
of the touchscreen display.
1. Power the Cubiscan 325 off.
2. Remove the six screws shown in
and then
remove the gate cover.
3. There are two height transmitter boards that can be
replaced, the top and bottom board. Make sure you
replace the correct board.
4. Disconnect the ribbon cables by simultaneously
pushing the tabs located on each end of the
