16. Replace the SD card that was removed in step 7.
17. Replace the controller box lid and screw it in place
using the screws from step 3.
18. Replace the glass platform.
19. Power the CubiScan 125 on.
Replacing the Power Supply
This section describes how to replace the power supply.
The power supply is located in the controller box.
Handle the power supply with care.
Items Needed
• Phillips screwdriver
• Pliers
• Replacement power supply
Complete the following steps to replace the power
supply.
1. Power the CubiScan 125 off.
2. Remove the glass platform.
3. Using the Phillips screwdriver, remove the 10 screws
holding the controller box lid in place and remove
the lid. See
Figure 43 .
4. Disconnect all three of the cables attached to the
power supply. You may need to use pliers to remove
the ground cable connection.
5. Using the Phillips screwdriver, remove the screw
holding the power supply cage lid in place. See
Figure 44 .
6. Remove the cage lid by sliding it forward and lifting
up.
7. Using the Phillips screwdriver, remove the four
screws holding the power supply board down. The
screws are located in each corner of the power supply
board.
