- Blue message indicator LED.

-Check that the SIM Card (mini SIM format) is correctly
installed in the HotSpot HS2.
-Make sure you are in an area with good LTE coverage and no signal
obstructions.
- Green signal indicator LED.
-Validate that the connector of your HotSpot HS2 is in good condition.
-The SIM Card must be in good condition (no traces of damage such
as breaks in the tracks or bent).

that you have a data bag available to use the service.
The equipment does not
have Internet
-Validate that the battery of your HotSpot HS2 is
charged by means of the battery indicator LED, which should be lit in
green.
Low signal or no 4G
signal
-Make sure your HotSpot HS2 is charged correctly, you can
use a compatible charger for your device.
-In case you do not have a full charge, you can connect a power
adapter compatible with your HotSpot HS2.
- Blue Wi-Fi indicator LED.
-Place your HotSpot HS2 in a central area with no obstructions and
close to the devices to be connected.
