Deleting outgoing Call number 

1.  In on-hook or off-hook state, press the 

OUT

 key to review the stored number. 

2. Press 

the

 DEL

 key to erase the LCD displays the next number. 

NOTE: 

Press the 

DEL

 key for 3 seconds, all the outgoing call numbers will be erased.

SETTING DATE AND TIME                                                                               

1.  In on-hook state, press the 

SET 

key, the LCD displays

 SET 1 DATE

2. Press 

the 

SET

 key once again, the last two digits of the year flashes. 

3. Press

key to edit the year then press the 

SET

 key to confirm.    Follow the same procedure to set the 

month, date, hour and minute.     

4. Press

 DEL

 key to quit. 

NOTE:  Month: 1-12 Date: 1-31  Hour: 00-23  Minute: 00-59

SETTING LOCAL AREA CODE                                                                                                                                                       

1.  In on-hook state, press the

 SET 

key and then press 

 key, the LCD will display 

SET 2 CODE

 

2. Press 

the 

SET

 key again, the LCD displays

 CODE -----

 

3. Press 

 or 

 key to set the first digit of the local area code. 

4. Press the 

SET

 key to confirm and to advance to the second digit setting, follow the same procedure to set 

further 3 digits. 

5. Press 

the 

DEL

 key to quit. 

EXAMPLE:

 If the local area code consists of only 4 digits, the last digit can be left as “-”. 

After entering the local area code, the phone will automatically filter the area code should the incoming call match 

the set area code and display only the telephone number without the area code. 

SETTING PABX CODE                                                                                                                                                                     

1.  In on-hook state, press the 

SET

 key and then press 

 key twice, the LCD will display 

SET 3 PCODE

2. Press 

the 

SET

 key to confirm, the LCD displays 

PCODE --

, the first “-“flashes indicating the first digit setting of 

the PABX code. 

3. Press

key to set the PABX code. Press the

 key to confirm and advance to the second digit setting. 

4.  Follow the same procedure to set the second digit. 

NOTE:

   

1.    This feature is useful when operating the telephone on a PABX line extension. 

If the PABX code is set the telephone will automatically add the PABX code ahead of the telephone number 

when dialing back incoming call numbers or when dialing a telephone number in pre-dial mode.  A second 

pause is also automatically entered between the PABX code and the number to be dialed.
