Step Two: Separate Interior Panel
Gently separate the interior door panel
from the door but do NOT completely
remove the plastic door panel. This sep-
aration enables the factory handles to
be easily removed and to allow new
Quadratec Pull Handles to be installed.
There are panel clips holding the interior
panel to the steel door. Simply pull apart
the panel with your hand and remove
factory door pull as shown in Figure 2.
Step Three: Install Door Pull
Install the Quadratec Door Pull while
lining up the grommet holes with the
clip-on nuts on the door. See Figures
3, 4 and 5 for details.
With the new door pull in position, re-
place all 5 sheet metal screws that
were removed earlier in Step One.
