Programming Screen
How To Create a Program
The ult rasonic processor has t he abilit y to save up to 10 programs.
1. Select a program number f rom t he keypad, the program number w ill appear above t he
Amplit ude box.
For each of the following steps
: Af t er t ouching a f ield, the background w ill change to yellow
indicat ing an act ive f ield. Af t er ent ering data, t he ent ry is completed by t ouching Ent er (ENT),
t ouching the f ield a second t ime or by touching a new f ield.
2. Program a value int o the Amplitude f ield.
3. Program tot al Process Time (tot al act ive sonication t ime).
4. Program Pulse On t ime
– If no data is entered (00hr:00min:00sec), the unit w ill run
cont inuously w it hout pulsing.
5. Program Pulse Of f t ime
– If no data is entered, the unit w ill run continuously w ithout pulsing.
Process Time, Pulse On and Pulse Of f t imes are measured in Hours: Minut es: Seconds f ormat
.
6. Act ivate Temperature Monitoring (if necessary).
7. Program a Shut dow n Temperature (if necessary). Enter a temperat ure value.
During sonicat ion, if the temperat ure reaches t he Shutdow n value, t he unit w ill pause
sonicat ion. The unit w ill remain paused unt il the t emperature drops below t he pre-set value.
Once t he temperat ure drops below t he value, sonicat ion can be manually resumed.
8. Touch Save t o store the program t o t he memory number select ed in st ep 1.
9. Touch Run t o proceed t o t he follow ing screen.
10. Touch St art t o begin the program.
