1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Please read these operating instructions carefully before first use and
keep them in a safe place for future reference.

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years
and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a
safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play
with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made
by children without supervision.
2. This appliance is not to be used by very young children (0-3 years).
Children aged from 3 to 8 years should not be allowed to use this
appliance without adult supervision and assistance.
3. Do not use the appliance for any purpose other than its intended
use.
4. WARNING : Do not expose the appliance to extreme temperatures,
strong temperature fluctuations, direct sunlight or humidity.
5. Protect the appliance against impact, knocks and intense vibrations
during storage or transport.
6. Always place the appliance on a hard, dry, and flat surface before
measurement.
7. Always keep the surface of the appliance clean and dry before
use.
8. Do not overload the appliance.
9. Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
10. Batteries must be inserted with the correct polarity.
11. Exhausted batteries should be removed from the appliance and
safely disposed of.
12. If the appliance is to be stored unused for a long period, the
batteries should be removed.
13. The supply terminals should not be short-circuited.
