4. BEFORE FIRST USE
1. Unpack the product and all parts.
2. Make sure the product is not damaged and that there are no missing accessories. Contact our
after-sales service if there are any missing or damaged parts.
3. Clean the product and all accessories (→ “6. CLEANING AND CARE”).
5. OPERATION
WARNING: Always unplug the deep fryer from the wall socket before assembling/
disassembling, filling/emptying the oil tank, cleaning, and after use.
5.1. ASSEMBLING THE DEEP FRYER
1. Insert the oil tank (7) into the base (6).
2. Hold the main unit (2) above the base (6) and slide the two assembly guides (3) onto the two
tracks on the side panel of the base (Fig. 1) . Then push the main unit straight down to secure
in place.

NOTE: The deep fryer is fitted with a safety micro switch. The safety micro switch will prevent
the deep fryer from operating if the main unit is not properly assembled to the base.
5.2. ASSEMBLING THE FRYING BASKET
To attach the handle to the frying basket, pinch the steel wires and release the prongs into the
dedicated holes in the basket as illustrated (Fig. 2) .
