Instrument parameters
In the “Instrument Parameters” dialog box, the following
parameters are available.
Reagent pressure Pressure (millibar) for
dispensation of the enzyme
mix and substrate mix.
Enzyme pulse time Dispensation time
(milliseconds) for the enzyme
mix.
Substrate pulse time Dispensation time
(milliseconds) for the
substrate mix.
Nucleotide pressure Pressure (millibar) from the
dispensation of nucleotides.
Nucleotide pulse
